At the time of writing this article, the new Pokémon TCG expansion Mega Evolution has been out on Pokémon TCG Live for about a week and a half. In that time, we’ve seen numerous developments as the strength of the format’s decks are affected by the new cards. The new Mega Evolution Pokémon themselves have not been overly successful, although Mega Venusaur and Mega Lucario have managed to claim a few Top Cut spots in larger online tournaments.
